Accessibility

MedTime is built with accessibility in mind across both the website and the iPhone app. We aim to support different input methods, assistive technologies, and reading needs while keeping core tasks easy to understand and use.

We work toward accessibility best practices informed by the ADA and WCAG 2.2 Level AA where they apply.

Accessibility features on the site

  • Uses keyboard-focus indicators on links and buttons
  • Uses semantic landmarks such as header, nav, main, and footer
  • Provides descriptive page titles and meta descriptions
  • Uses readable spacing and high-contrast text
  • Avoids auto-playing or motion-heavy page effects
  • Uses responsive layouts for mobile and desktop browsers

Accessibility features in the app

  • Standard iOS controls and gestures
  • System light, dark, or device-following appearance modes
  • Readable layouts for core reminder and record screens
  • Clear labels and feedback for common tasks such as saving or editing

Known limitations

Accessibility work is ongoing. Some assistive-technology or device combinations may still surface issues, especially as the app continues to evolve.

Report an accessibility problem

If you run into an accessibility barrier on the website or in the app, email support@medtime.app and include:

  • The page or app screen involved
  • Your device, OS version, and browser or assistive technology
  • What you tried to do
  • What blocked completion of the task
